MUNCHING MOUTH: A BEGINNER’S GUIDE TO MINDFUL EATING

I jotted down everything I ate for about three months. I also doing some physical activity everyday but did not over exert myself. I realised I was not upset because people had nasty things to tell me about the way I look. I was upset because I was not eating right. I was constantly battling depression, extra weight and bad responses from people. The journal I kept has now been turned into an e-book which shall be revised occasionally. Three months of mindful eating has changed my life. I feel better, stronger and capable. I do not resort to mindless eating or gorging on junk if ever I face adversity. I am trying to do my bit when it comes to helping people to begin healthy eating. No one has the right to make you feel unwanted, but you must make choices in your daily routine so that it helps you move closer to the goals you have set. I am looking forward to your reviews and feedback. This work is a result of changes I introduced in my lifestyle over a period of time. I hope you find this interesting and I am open to suggestions so that I can bring out the next version of this book with your valuable opinions. Thank you!
