I know, I know, you are tired of hearing about your increased size or weight or whatever THEY tell you is abnormal or not desirable. But let me tell you a secret, we all have insecurities and we pretend like we do not care. And you should not. What you are eating is no one’s business but it is yours. You must eat to stay healthy- to have good hair and glowing skin. Most importantly a better digestive system and the energy to undertake ventures, work hard to get to a respectable spot and accomplish whatever you want. I am not saying you must eat an unfathomable amount of food. You just need to eat right. You can eat junk too. But, make it fun. That one cheat day you reserve per week can be everyday if only you want it to be. You do not have to go through the pain of staying away from foods you love. We are in this together.
